2023.01 New York City and Caribbean Cruise (Part 11)

Our final port of call had us stopping at St. Kitts and Nevis.  This would also be the busiest port as two other ships, a Princess, and an Aida cruise ship were docked for the day as well.  We had a busy day, and in retrospect booking a full day of multiple excursions was a bit much.

2023.01 New York City and Caribbean Cruise (Part 10)

After St. Maarten, the next morning, we awoke with the ship already at Castries, St. Lucia.  This was the only port of call where we didn’t have an excursion booked.  And, as a result we had a relaxing day.

Our second port of call was Phillipsburg, St. Maarten.  It’s another gorgeous island.  I understand why some folks spend as much of winter here versus battling it out with snow and cold.

2023.01 New York City and Caribbean Cruise (Part 7)

To say I was happy to not only see land, but to get off the ship, I was overjoyed.  Our first excursion of the cruise would be with her nephew for a rum tour.
