Travel had not yet returned because restrictions were still in place. In response to that Air Canada, or Aeroplan, offered up ways to achieve frequent flyer status for 2023. After some calculations, I realized I could achieve my goal by adding a round trip to Vancouver. However, without vacation available, it was going to be a day trip!
Our four day long weekend had come to its end and we returned to the airport to fly back to Toronto. Before our flight though, another Maple Leaf Lounge to visit at Vancouver International Airport.
Why in the world do you switch hotels during a four-night long weekend visit? Well to continue our (informal, or self-imposed?) adventure to visit Fairmont properties in Canada.
With only a few days in the city, what to see and do? Well, we visited a few highlights including the Aquarium, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, and Granville Island.
