2018 – Part 21 – Hotel Review of Best Western – Melbourne Airport
As I didn’t want to drive through downtown Melbourne to the airport for a Monday morning flight, we stayed at a hotel close to the airport. This was a hotel that provided us everything we needed for our one night stay.
2018 – Part 18 – Novotel Melbourne St. Kilda
We were both exhausted by the time we arrived at the hotel. We had found a way to travel 1,500 km in less than 48 hours from Canberra to Melbourne, versus the direct route of 700km. The hotel is easy to find, it’s situated just off the main road facing the ocean.

Upon arriving at our hotel after a 14 hour drive this hotel offered everything we needed. Quick and friendly check-in, easy to find room that was spotless, and quiet!

2018 – Part 12 – Hotel Review Rydges Canberra
Central and Comfy
Rydges is an Australian chain of hotels. I selected this hotel driven by its proximity to Parliament (both current and old), and several galleries. We arrived without issue, however our initial check-in was a little rocky, but improved very quickly.
