We had a scheduled connection time of almost 10 hours. Why? First off, when in Amsterdam, we must have Dim Sum at Sea Palace!
We last visited the United Kingdom, well, London, back in 2017. This time around we wanted to see more, and branched out where we split our time between Edinburgh, and London.
Tickets for the Vermeer special exhibition sold out quickly, and in retrospect I’m glad happy that we bought tickets, as the exhibit lived up to expectations. But first, we had sometime to explore Amsterdam.
We returned to the same hotel that we stayed for one night back in December 2022, this time Little Miss wasn’t under the weather so we were both able to enjoy the hotel.
Our time away on vacation was coming to an end. We had a non-stop flight home with Air Canada, from Amsterdam to Toronto. This was excellent because even with Little Miss starting to recover having no extra connections or silly flight routing on our way home to use up her energy.
